cameron highlands trip

The last time I visited Cameron Highlands was like 12 yrs back.
I am quite surprised everything look just so like back then.

Nothing changed. No improvement.

Quite disappointed.

It was such a nice place, but was managed so poorly.

Almost all Singaporeans know Genting, but not Cameron Highlands.
It certainly deserves more attention.

it seems so easy to fall into the trap of negative thoughts...
think bad,
speak ill of others
deny things
refuse to change

than to take courage
and have faith
to change angle
to challenge norms
to be different
to live up to our internal conscience

stand tall and grow in inner strength

bug

it first started with a tiny negative thought...

so tiny that you did not attempt to kill it off immediately
then bit by bit,
slowly, without realizing,
you started feeding it
sitting on it
dr a g g ing
postpone
hiding in the comfort zone

"wait till i am ready.."
"not today, i am tired, maybe tomorrow"
"it is ok to wait.."
"no hurry"
"everybody does that"
"it is pointless to change"

it ｗａs a tiny bug
but then it become a fat big beast
eaｔing away lots of ｙour time &　ｅｎｅｒｇｙ．
