it first started with a tiny negative thought...
so tiny that you did not attempt to kill it off immediately
then bit by bit,
slowly, without realizing,
you started feeding it
sitting on it
dr a g g ing
postpone
hiding in the comfort zone
finding excuses
"wait till i am ready.."
"not today, i am tired, maybe tomorrow"
"it is ok to wait.."
"no hurry"
"everybody does that"
"it is pointless to change"
it was a tiny bug
but then it become a fat big beast
eating away lots of your time & energy.
you did not realize ...
probably too late
that it was fed by the very person
of yourself
