从二月至最近 公司相继裁员减薪 老实说大家也军心紊乱 无心工作。
送走旧同事 project 停滞延后或取消。
时间多了 喝茶打屁聊天 成了一种习惯。
不像样？ 但也只能这样。
说到鼓舞人心 老板们还真得上上课 只一昧的说什么继续找enhancement, do more with less
哪有说的那么容易？
尤其是他们自己也松懈的不可原谅。
只顾重组公司架构 忘了人才是机构的根本。

人才是机构的根本
real engineer

This is yet again something new i learnt today from KW.
He has been working for this company for more than 20 years but being affected by recent RIF and leaving next week.
Do I work directly with him ? No.
But he is my cubicle neighbour for 9 years...except he is occupying a room.
Gossip said he screwed up, big boss X does not like him...he is crappy...bla bla bla.
But to me, I admire anyone who is real engineer inside out.
People who ask how & why. People who find out how & why.
People who believe in finding core of anything that works and cause of that does not.
People who believe knowledge is nothing until you impart it.
He had in his room all sort of things, overly cluttered, most very old things that could not bear to throw.
Those are treasures & memories....each one, big or small, but going to be gone soon.
This is the KW I know.
I know I will miss him in some way when I am keen to learn about something new & interesting.
He is the kind of people one do not come by frequently in life.

豬鬼
每天下班回家 必看預錄的<<娛百>>
當初買錄影工能的DVD機 其一原因就是每天五點鐘的<<娛百>>
看豬鬼也看了好幾年了 每每還是給我帶來歡笑
豬鬼的梗 有時真的很欠扁 =)
有時一整天工作下來 臉都垮了
一天份的歡笑 一併爆發 笑得誇張也是有點故意的吧
是需要的解放
